Monthly Devotion: The Most Holy Rosary

During the month of October, Holy Mother Church gives us two devotions: the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Angels. As Our Lady herself says, the Angels themselves rejoice when a Rosary is prayed.

Let us, then, cause the Angels great rejoicing and our Mother's heart to overflow with love, by praying many Rosaries during this blessed month. May our guardian angels  present our Crown of Roses (the Rosary) to the Blessed Virgin Mary on our behalf. And may Our Lady, Queen of the Rosary and of the Angels intercede for us before the throne of God that, in praying the Holy Rosary, we may draw nearer to the heart of Jesus and in greater imitation of Him.
