 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, and that preacheth peace...
 After describing true devotion to Jesus through Mary as interior and tender, he writes that the third characteristic of the devotion is that it is holy:
 "Wisdom was born of the tenderest, the gentlest, and the most beautiful of all mothers... because He is Eternal Wisdom, tenderness, and beauty Itself."
 "Totus tuus ego sum et omnia mea tua sunt..." I am all thine, and all that I have is thine, O most loving Jesus, through Thy Immaculate Mother and mine! A few words of wisdom from our Spiritual Father:
"You must expect then to be shaped, cut and chiseled under the hammer of the Cross, otherwise you would remain unpolished stone, of no value at all, to be disregarded and cast aside. Do not cause the hammer to recoil when it strikes you. Yield to the chisel that is carving you and the hand that is shaping you."   "The greatest saints, those richest in grace and virtue,
will be the most assiduous in praying to the most Blessed Virgin, looking up to her as the perfect model to imitate and as a powerful helper to assist them." ~ St. Louis Marie de Montfort
 God the Father imparted to Mary his fruitfulness as far as a mere creature was capable of receiving it, to enable her to bring forth his Son and all the members of his mystical body. God the Son came down into her virginal womb as a new Adam into his earthly paradise, to take his delight there and produce hidden wonders of grace. God-made-man found freedom in imprisoning himself in her womb. He displayed power in allowing himself to be borne by this young maiden.
