The All-Loving Heart

"Devotion  to the ​Sacred Heart is our response to the love of God,
​revealed in the human Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ."

One way in particular our community practices this call (of God to man through Heart of His Son) is by wearing the badge of the Sacred Heart on First Fridays. ​

The history of the Sacred Heart sounds quite familiar to our current state and poses a profound spiritual remedy:  "In 1720, a dreadful pestilence raged at Marseilles, France, the ravages of which ceased only after the people and the city were consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. As a preservative against infection, all were exhorted to wear upon their person an image of the Sacred Heart with the Inscription 'Cease, the Sacred Heart of Jesus is with me!""

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be your consolation during these times. We pray during tis month of the Sacred Heart that you may receive the abundant graces which continually flow forth from His Sacred Side. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be with us now and always!
